Born in the West of Ireland, JOANNE HYNES collections sold Internationally from a very early age (while still a young student studing for her BA in Fashion in Ireland). Graduating from Saint Martins Womenswear Fashion MA in 2001 and officially launching her brand in 2004.

JOANNE HYNES collections DNA are defined by experimental and instinctual craft driven techniques which are developed into clothing and bold accessories. For many years she lived and worked between Ireland, the UK and India exploring manufacturing sources and working with artisan makers. This has allowed a vast experience within developing product ranges of clothing and accessories and showing and selling at London and Paris Fashion weeks. Inherent in the Joanne Hynes signature is the mix of clashing elements, interplay of fabric, colour and hand led techniques. In 2006 the JOANNE HYNES FOR TOPSHOP range was launched in the UK and Ireland, and sold out. JOANNE HYNES ACCESSORIES, including the iconic embellished Crystal Collars, are available in Brown Thomas, Dublin, Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge & Leeds and stock within Luxury Department Stores and Designer Boutiques in China, Dubai, Italy, Korea, Kuwait and Japan.
